ARANIZER ROYAL AIR PURIFIERS REPAIR SERVICE

Your standard time for repairs is 7-14 business days and it includes the following:

1. Full diagnostic, testing of your unit.
2. Repair of all mechanical/electrical defects, including a replacement of electrical or mechanical parts if needed.
3. Complete quality control and post-repair inspection.
4. We provide you with a tracking number once the product is shipped back to you.

REPAIR SHIPPING POLICY

Pure air for life is not responsible for any damage to air purifiers that occurred during the shipment to Pureairforlife. Customers are responsible for package insurance.  All costs and fees associated with shipping to Pure air for life are the costumer’s responsibility. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge.  All claims for damaged or lost shipment should be filed with the respective shipping carriers.
